We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to be part of our team. You will work closely with the HR Team on day-to-day HR activities with focus on Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening to onboarding & offboarding
· Participate in career fairs and internship programs
· Prepare HR letters such as letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion and termination etc
· Drive HR best practices and programs to meet business objectives
· Maintain personal records and documents
· Handle employee general queries on leave, claims etc
· Support the implementation of employee engagement and welfare activities
· Handle work pass matters including application, issuance, renewals and cancellations
· Support in HR activities and projects/initiatives
Job Requirements:
· Preferably Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
· Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Familiar with Employment Act and Labor Law
