We are looking for a specialist in Talent Acquisition to be part of our HR team. You will mainly focus on recruitment activities ensuring the organization has a skilled and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:● Perform full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening to onboarding & offboarding
● Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective assessment techniques
● Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities to generate leads and build employer branding
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
● Execute the onboarding process to ensure positive and seamless experience for new hires
● Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information
● Handle work pass matters including application, issuance, renewals and cancellations
● Ensure proper documentation in the pfile for new hires
● Handle employee general queries on leave, claims etc
● Support the implementation of employee engagement and welfare activities
● Support in HR activities and projects and/or initiatives
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
● 2 to 3 years' experience in talent acquisition
● Strong interpersonal, communications skills, and a team player
● Creative, innovative and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
● Familiar with Employment Act and Labor Law
