We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to be part of our team. The incumbent will work closely with the HR Team on day-to-day HR and Recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening to onboarding & offboarding
● Participate in career fairs and internship programs
● Prepare HR letters such as letter of appointment, confirmation, and termination etc
● Drive HR best practices and programs to meet business objectives
● Maintain personal records and documents
● Handle employee general queries on leave, claims etc
● Handle work pass matters
● Support the implementation of employee engagement and welfare activities
● Support in HR activities and projects/initiatives
Job Requirements:
● Preferably Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
● Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
● Prior experience in the Wholesale Trade/Electronics industry is an advantage
● Proficient in Microsoft Office
● Familiar with Employment Act and Labor Law
● Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
