Job Responsibilities
● Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and fulfilment processes, supplier development, and global supplier partnerships
● Develop and execute strategies for identifying and developing semiconductor suppliers on a global scale to expand and diversify the supplier base
● Monitor and evaluate geopolitical, regulatory, and market trends that impact global sourcing and supplier relationships
● Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery performance.
● Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favourable agreements
● Conduct regular supplier performance reviews to ensure quality, delivery, and responsiveness meet company standards
● Identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers, reduce lead times, and improve overall supply chain resilience
● Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, including requisition processing, purchase order creation, and order tracking
● Liaise with logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to meet operational demands
● Liaise with the Sales Team on customer’s specific components requests and provide inventory information
Job requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
● Strong sense of urgency and attention to details
● Bilingual is preferred
● Proactive, excellent communication and negotiation skills
● Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
